Joanna Shaffer

Joanna Shaffer joined SAFCO in November 2019. She brings over 15 years of experience in software development and project management experience to the company. She is responsible for leading the company’s application support, development, data integration, and reporting needs. She has also been instrumental in implementing the Agile Scrum development practice in the department. Prior to SAFCO, Joanna was Software Development Manager for Security National Automotive Acceptance Company (SNAAC), where she led software development initiatives. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky and maintains her Project Management Professional certification.
