Marlene Dehart currently serves as the Head of Information Security at Southern Bancorp since July 2024, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles, including Chief Information Security Officer at the Colorado Department of State and Head of Cybersecurity Security Operations & Threat Intelligence at Silicon Valley Bank. With a robust background in Operational Risk Management, Financial Audits, and various advanced skills, Marlene also held a significant position as Senior Vice President and Director of Enterprise Information Security at Zions Bancorporation. Prior experience includes a distinguished career with the US Air Force Reserve, culminating in retirement as a Senior Advisor specializing in Network Fusion Analysis within Space and Cybersecurity. Education includes a Master's degree in Blockchain and Digital Currency from the University of Nicosia, earned in January 2024.
