Sha’Nee Holley

Sha’Nee Holley, MHRM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Southern Bancorp since September 2025. Previously held the position of HRBP at Turkey Hill from November 2022 to September 2025 and worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at HMS Mfg. Co. from November 2021 to November 2022, focusing on full cycle recruiting and onboarding. Sha’Nee also gained experience as a Human Resource Clerk at Grace Empowerment Worship Center and as a Customer Service professional at both Wipro and Verizon Wireless, where skills in customer relations and documentation accuracy were developed. Earlier roles include a position as a 340B On-Site Enrollment Specialist at Currant Health and Billing/Order Processing Supervisor at SAJ Distributors, where mentoring and supervisory skills were demonstrated.
