Jackie Bonner

Jackie Bonner is currently the Vice President & Regional Retail Officer (West Region) at Southern Bank. Jackie has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial industry.

Bonner started their career in banking as the Director of Shared Branching for the Western Missouri District of the Missouri Credit Union System. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the start-up of retail operations for credit unions in the area.

Jackie then transitioned to Metropolitan National Bank where they served as the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President for 10 years. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bank's operations, including compliance with industry standards.

In 2011, Bonner joined Southern Bank as Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the start-up of retail operations in the Springfield market area.

In 2014, Bonner was promoted to their current position of Vice President & Regional Retail Officer (West Region) at Southern Bank. In this role, they are responsible for providing leadership and managing the Retail Banking, Operations and Information Technology functions of Southern Bank.

Jackie Bonner has a background in marketing and general business from their studies at the ABA School of Marketing & Management and Draughon Business College. Jackie also has a high school diploma from Logan Rogersville.
