Robert Lang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, sales, and marketing within the sports industry. As the President and Founder of INDI Golf since 2016, Robert oversees daily operations and designs market-unique products. Concurrently, as CFO, Partner, and Founder of Southern California Design Company, Robert manages operations and drives sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring project timelines and product quality. Prior roles include Product Manager at BST NanoCarbon, significantly increasing efficiency and customer base, and Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at True Temper Sports, where an impressive growth in hockey sales was achieved. Robert's foundational experience includes product design at Callaway Golf, contributing to industry-leading innovations. Educational credentials include a BS in Psychology with a Minor in Business from Texas Wesleyan University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Palomar College, complemented by specialized training at San Diego Golf Academy.
