Elisabeth V. Paniagua

Elisabeth V. Paniagua currently serves as the Public Affairs Manager for Southern California Gas Company, where responsibilities include representing the organization to local government agencies and community organizations in the Ventura County region. Prior to this role, Elisabeth operated E.P. Consulting Services as the Principal-Owner, specializing in public policy and grant writing from January 2017 to August 2024. Elisabeth also held the position of Deputy City Manager for the City of Santa Paula from February 2004 to April 2017, managing municipal services and collaborating with various agencies. Earlier experience includes working as a Legislative Policy Analyst, Regional Representative, and State Liaison for the California State Legislature - Assembly, from December 2000 to March 2004. Elisabeth holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government/Spanish Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara.
