Jennifer Walker

VP, Customer Services & Digital Enablement at Southern California Gas Co

Jennifer Walker is vice president of customer services for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), a Sempra regulated utility. She oversees many of SoCalGas’ customer-facing efforts, including customer operations, customer contact, remittance processing and advanced meters.

Previously, Walker was director of distribution planning and project management at SoCalGas. She has been at SoCalGas for 22 years and held various operational roles across the company, including director of gas control and system planning and director of the Customer Contact Center.

Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from the University of Southern California.
