Joseandres Sanchez

Joseandres Sanchez, PE, CEM, is a Senior Engineer at SoCalGas, specializing in compressor station greenhouse gas emissions reduction under California Senate Bill SB1371. Since joining SoCalGas in June 2011, Joseandres has held various engineering roles, including overseeing high-pressure material quality assurance as part of a multibillion-dollar renovation project and providing technical support for complex energy efficiency initiatives. Joseandres has previous experience as a Civil Engineering Intern for the City of South Gate, a Minority Ambassador at MIT, and a Project Management Intern with the US Department of Transportation. Joseandres holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
