Miguel M. Ramirez is a seasoned public affairs professional with extensive experience in community engagement and communications. Currently serving as the Public Affairs Manager at SoCalGas since August 2021, Miguel previously worked for the City of Fresno in various roles, where responsibilities included grant management, community outreach, and social media strategy. Highlights from Miguel's career include developing public relations plans for grants over $1.9 million and significantly increasing the usage of the FresGO mobile app through targeted marketing strategies. Miguel has also served as the Spanish Public Information Officer for the Mayor’s Office, enhancing public engagement and increasing social media presence. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and is currently pursuing an MBA from Penn State University.
