The hospital offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient acute care services, including an orthopedic center, cardiovascular services, acute rehabilitation, sub-acute care, psychiatric care and chemical dependency programs. Additionally, SCH-CC operates a 24-hour emergency services center, which serves as a paramedic receiving station and is staffed by board-certified emergency physicians and nurse specialists. Hollywood: Southern California Hospital at Hollywood provides comprehensive, high-quality medical care. As an acute care facility, we have physicians and specialists on staff for the following: cardiology, pulmonology, internal medicine, psychiatry, orthopedics, hematology, endocrinology, podiatry, cardiothoracic vascular surgery, urology, plastic surgery, and more. Additionally, a 24-hour urgent care doctor is on duty. Van Nuys: As an acute inpatient and outpatient behavioral health hospital, our San Fernando Valley Van Nuy's location provides services designed to help a patient’s psychological well-being. These services include round-the-clock nursing care, daily medical management by internists and psychiatrists, as well as daily group therapy led by social service staff and recreation therapy staff. This therapy is to help patients with their social and communication skills.
