Meredith Zoltak

Meredith Zoltak is a skilled physical therapist with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Team Lead Physical Therapist at Southern California Hospitals since April 2022. Prior to this, Meredith held a similar position at Mercy LIFE PACE from July 2019 to June 2023 and worked as a Physical Therapist at Virginia Hospital Center from December 2016 to July 2019.
