Angel Rivas

Angel Rivas serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Southern CaseArts since September 2025. Prior to this, Rivas held multiple leadership roles at Hussmann, including Senior Director of Strategic Global Sourcing, where responsibilities included managing teams across North America and implementing productivity initiatives that resulted in over $40M USD in savings. Rivas also served as Chief Engineer and Engineering Site Lead, overseeing product development and engineering departments. Earlier experience includes positions as Production Manager at Carrier Corporation and Business Unit Leader at Hussmann, focusing on production metrics and efficiency. Rivas holds a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and several additional certifications in Balanced Scorecard, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management.
