William Montross

Death Penalty Attorney at Southern Center for Human Rights

William Montross is a Death Penalty Attorney at the Southern Center for Human Rights and also serves as Defense Counsel at the Military Commission Defense Organization. William holds a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center through the E. Barrett Prettyman Fellowship and obtained a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School. William completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Fordham University.
