Tim Schoap

Tim Schoap is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent development and management. Currently serving as Talent Development Manager and Corporate Training Manager at Southern Champion Tray since March 2015, Tim focuses on fostering an environment of learning and supporting training initiatives across the company. Previously, as Learning Coordinator, Tim developed and delivered training programs that enhanced organization culture and skill sets. With earlier roles such as Church Administrator at Signal Mountain Bible Church, Manager of Information Systems at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, and Systems Administration Manager at IBM, Tim has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in personnel management, operational oversight, and technical consulting. Tim holds a Master of Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Music Performance from California State University-Northridge.
