Billy Horne

Billy Horne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resource planning, economic development, and regulatory affairs within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Resource Planning & Economic Development and Director of Regulatory Affairs at Southern Company Gas since July 2016, Billy previously held the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs at AGL Resources from April 2012 to June 2016. Prior to this, Billy was a Former Representative in the Georgia Legislature from January 2005 to December 2012 and worked as an Engineering Manager at Alternate Energy Systems from March 1999 to June 2008. Billy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University.
