Khalilah Henderson-Hill

Khalilah Henderson-Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training management, financial analysis, and project support. Currently serving as Training Manager at Southern Company Gas since June 2018, Khalilah oversees operational improvements, project management, and the effectiveness of technical training initiatives, alongside managing budgeting and contract administration. Prior roles include Financial Analyst III and Financial Business Analyst, where analytical support facilitated executive decision-making and financial modeling. Additionally, during tenure at AGL Resources from November 2011 to June 2018, Khalilah managed fleet operating expenses and supported large construction projects through document control. Khalilah holds an MBA from Troy University and a degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida.
