Neil Herzig

Neil Herzig has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Neil started their career in 1990 as a Senior Engineer at Millstone Nuclear Power Station. Neil then worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Northeast Utilities from 1994 to 1999. Neil then joined Select Energy and served as a Financial Natural Gas Trader from 1999 to 2002. Neil returned to Northeast Utilities and took on roles as Business Development Lead and Asset Investment Program Manager from 2002 to 2007. Neil then joined TransCanada Power Marketing Ltd. as a Senior Risk Manager from 2007 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Southern Company Gas as the Director of Credit & Risk Control since 2018.

Neil Herzig attended the University of Hartford, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). Neil later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General, from the same university.
