Randy Cobb

Randy Cobb is an experienced professional in the field of Diversity and Inclusion, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. As a Retired Diversity and Inclusion Executive at Southern Company Gas since July 2016, Cobb provided strategic direction for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Previously, Cobb served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at AGL Resources from August 2007 to June 2016, leading the development of the company's diversity strategy in alignment with corporate goals. Cobb's early career includes positions such as Managing Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Director of Supplier Diversity, and HR and Diversity Manager at Atlanta Gas Light. Cobb holds an MBA from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
