James Comer

James Comer PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the nuclear and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Level III Test Engineer at Southern Company since April 2018, James is involved in the construction and testing of a Westinghouse AP1000 nuclear power plant. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager for the Nuclear Installation Support Organization at Westinghouse, where James focused on enhancing nuclear safety culture, and Manager of Construction Testing and Turnover for the V C Summer Units 2 & 3 project. James's earlier career at United Space Alliance included various leadership positions, managing construction projects and collaborations with NASA. James holds an MA in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a BS in Professional Administration from Barry University.
