Jamie Odell

Jamie Odell is a seasoned professional in employee development and training, currently serving as Team Leader in Training at Southern Company since July 2021 and previously as an Employee Development Coordinator at Alabama Power Company since 2010. In addition to these roles, Jamie has been a Part-time Professor at the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business since May 2019. Jamie's earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a United Way Loaned Executive in 2015. Academically, Jamie holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Alabama (2016-2019), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Alabama (2010-2012), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Athens State University (2005-2007).
