Janet Ward

Janet Ward, MS, CPTD, SPHR, is a seasoned training consultant currently with Southern Company, responsible for training needs assessment and designing customized learning solutions. Previously, Janet served as Education Program Manager at CHIME, where oversight of virtual learning programs and eLearning course development was key. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Training and Development at American Family Care, focusing on comprehensive training for clinical and non-clinical staff, and Vice President of Human Resources at Summer Classics, managing extensive HR functions. Janet's career also includes serving as HR Director at Shook & Fletcher Insulation Co. Janet holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Development from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an HR concentration from Capella University.
