Kevin Kastner

Kevin Kastner is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer service and strategic transformations. Currently serving as the Vice President of CIS Business - Strategic Transformations at Southern Company since January 2023, Kevin leads initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and engagement. Previously, Kevin held the role of Vice President of Customer Services at Georgia Power Company from 2007 until December 2023, where responsibilities included improving customer experience across multiple channels and overseeing various customer service functions. Kevin's career also includes a position as Ebusiness Manager at Georgia Power Company, focusing on digital strategy, as well as previous roles in marketing and project management at Southern Company, Cibavision, and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Kevin holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Decision Sciences from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and a BME in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
