Sheena Young

Sheena Young, JD, currently serves as a Staff HR Business Partner at Southern Company, having joined in June 2022. Prior to this role, Sheena held positions at Tory Burch as a Manager of HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive HR counsel and partnering with Talent Centers of Excellence from April 2019 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Consultant at Georgia Tech Research Institute, an Employee Relations Partner at Icahn Automotive Group LLC, and a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Goodwill Industries International. Sheena also held the position of Employee Relations Officer at Atlanta Public Schools and worked as a Hearing Officer for the Virginia Employment Commission. Sheena earned a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Spelman College.
