Tommy Tyrell

Tommy Tyrell is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in security and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Security Analyst at Southern Company since May 2011, Tommy has previously held roles including Sr. Systems Analyst and Enterprise Systems Engineer at Troutman Sanders LLP. Tommy’s career began as a Network Technician at InfoVentures of Atlanta in 1995, with subsequent positions including Lead NT Systems Administrator at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies and Configuration Specialist at SSA Global. Tommy holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, both from Kennesaw State University.
