Teresa Arnold

Teresa (TJ) Arnold, MS, CFRE, currently serves as the Director of Annual and Leadership Giving at Southern Connecticut State University since February 2025. Prior to this role, Arnold was the Associate Director of Development and Communications at Connecticut State Community College from July 2023 to February 2025 and held various positions at Manchester Community College from June 2015 to August 2023, including Associate Director of Development and Communications, Development Associate, and Development Communications Assistant. Earlier experience includes serving as VIP Services Shift Manager at Mohegan Sun from August 2013 to June 2015, where responsibilities included team supervision, coaching, and customer service management. Arnold holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Master of Science in Arts Management from the University of Oregon, along with a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Connecticut.
