Jim Daniels

Jim Daniels is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in controls, automation, and engineering. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at Southern Controls, Inc. since September 2013, Jim specializes in providing solutions in automation, safety products, and robotics to OEM and MRO users. Previously, Jim held the position of Account Manager at Hydra-Power Systems, Inc., and served as a Sales Representative at SMC Corporation of America, where expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic solutions was developed. Jim's engineering experience includes roles as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Alliance Laundry Systems and a Manufacturing Engineer at Siemens Energy & Automation, with early experience as a Cooperative Education Student at Georgia Pacific. Jim holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Vibration from Auburn University.
