Mike Schulze

Mike Schulze is an experienced sales manager with a strong background in the lubricants, metalworking fluids, and chemicals industries. Currently serving as the Southern California Regional Sales Manager at Southern Counties Lubricants, LLC since October 2019, Mike has successfully managed sales across various sectors including aerospace and manufacturing. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager positions at NGK Metals Corporation and Summit Industrial Products, as well as a Technical Sales Representative at EnviroTech Services Inc. Additionally, Mike has over a decade of experience in executive recruitment as an Executive Senior Partner at Lucas Group. Early career experience includes significant roles at Amoco Oil Company and Enertech, specializing in sales for the lubricant division and the nuclear power industry, respectively.
