Tracey Campion

Tracey Campion is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including not-for-profit and private equity. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Southern Cross Care Queensland since July 2022, Tracey oversees a team managing transactional accounting, financial reporting, and procurement for the organization. Previously, Tracey held the position of General Manager Operations at Eureka Group Holdings Limited, where responsibilities included managing operations for 40 seniors' rental communities. Notably, Tracey has also held CFO roles at Al Tamimi Investments and Eiffel Holding Limited in Dubai, among others, showcasing a strong background in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic oversight. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and certification from CPA Australia.
