Todd Billis has over 20 years of work experience. Todd started their career in 1999 as the President of Recreation USA, Inc., where they held the role for an unspecified period. In 2019, they joined Southern Cross Corporation as a Project Supervisor, and their employment there is ongoing.

Todd Billis attended Sylvania Northview High School from 1980 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Miami University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
