Digital Business Analyst at Southern Cross Healthcare

Clare Stones has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Clare started their career as a Scientific Researcher at The University of Auckland in 2006 and worked in that role until 2011. Following that, they joined Orion Health as a Technical Writer, where they were responsible for writing user, administration, and installation documentation for healthcare management software. Clare also created product videos to educate users on how to use the products. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst at Orion Health, which they held until 2017.

After leaving Orion Health, Clare joined healthAlliance as a Business Analyst and later took on the position of a Scrum Master. During their time at healthAlliance, they played a crucial role in managing the Agile development process and facilitating the Scrum framework. Clare stayed with the company until 2022.

Most recently, Clare joined Southern Cross Healthcare as a Digital Business Analyst in 2022.

Clare Stones completed their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2003 at The University of Auckland, where they obtained a BSc (hons) degree in Biomedical Science. In 2021, they pursued further education and received certification in Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org. Moreover, in 2022, they obtained a CCBA certification in the Certification of Competency in Business Analysis from IIBA.
