Ravi Morab

Ravi Morab has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ravi started their career in 2008 as an Investments Operations Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where they gained experience in data capture, reconciliations, and trade booking. Ravi also had additional responsibilities, such as training new joiners and writing processes.

In 2010, Ravi joined HP Payment Services as a Payments Operator, where they focused on data entry, account balancing, and reconciliations.

From 2011 to 2015, Ravi worked at Perpetual Guardian as an Analyst, performing accounting, financial analysis, and data analysis tasks. Ravi also contributed as a business analyst for in-house projects, handling project planning, analysis, process redesign, coordination, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

In 2011, Ravi briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at ASB Bank, where they provided customer service, processed transactions, and maintained audit trail and notes for clients.

From 2015 to 2021, Ravi worked at Suncorp Group, first as a Procurement Analyst, responsible for benefits tracking methodology, financial savings validation, and savings database creation. Ravi then took on the role of Financial Analyst for a Business Improvement Program, preparing financial and non-financial reporting and providing insights on program health.

From 2018 to 2021, Ravi worked at HealthSource (formerly healthAlliance FPSC) as a Business Analyst, providing commercial partner support for procurement and supply chain. Ravi undertook projects to create reporting suites, databases, and tools using PowerBI and Qlik.

In 2021, Ravi joined MediaWorks NZ as a Senior Financial Analyst, working closely with sales teams to measure commercial performance and assess commissions and rewards payouts. Ravi also developed business cases and financial models using BI tools.

Currently, Ravi works at Southern Cross Healthcare as a Business Analyst in the National Business Performance team.

Ravi Morab completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Banking and Insurance at S.I.E.S. (Mumbai University) from 2005 to 2008. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Massey University. Additionally, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their secondary school education, following the Central Board of Secondary Education curriculum.
