Stephanie Grant

Stephanie Grant is a Senior Associate at Southern Cross Intellectual Property since September 2023. Grant has served as a Council Member and Fellow at New Zealand Intellectual Property Attorneys, Inc (NZIPA) since 2018 and 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as an Intellectual Property Manager and Patent Attorney at Wellington UniVentures from May 2018 to August 2023, and as a Patent Executive at Baldwins Intellectual Property from August 2011 to May 2018. Earlier career experiences include a scientific role at BDG Synthesis from January 2006 to August 2011, an industrial placement during PhD studies at Stylacats Ltd in mid-2004, and a position in quality control at Quintiles Scotland Limited from June 2000 to September 2001. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from the University of York, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) currently in progress at Victoria University of Wellington, and a BSc Hons in Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design from the University of the West of Scotland.
