Mohd. Firoz Ali has a strong background in IT and infrastructure engineering. Mohd. Before that, they pursued Senior Secondary (Intermediate) in the Science Stream from S.G.N.D.S. in the years 2008 to 2010. In 2007 to 2008, they completed their Secondary (High School) education in the Science Stream from N.P.S. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, HCIA-Storage from HUAWEI, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA), Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Associate (PCCSA), cPanel & WHM Administrator Certification (CWA), Sophos Certified Engineer, 3CX Advanced Certified Engineer v16, cPanel Professional Certification (CPP), Installation, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016, 3CX Basic Certified Engineer v16, 3CX Intermediate Certified Engineer v16, Google Education Basics Exam, Google Online Basics Exam, Windows 8 Configuration (MCP), Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration, Microsoft Active Directory 2008 Configuration, and Windows 7 Configuration (MCTS).
