Jonathan Hill

Jonathan Hill currently serves as the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Science & Engineering and Executive Director of Academic Development at Southern Cross University, focusing on enhancing capacity in animal sciences and veterinary fields. Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of Executive Dean at Murdoch University, overseeing a large college as part of the Senior Executive Group, and led the School of Veterinary Medicine. Jonathan's extensive experience also includes a professorship at the University of Queensland, where responsibilities spanned external engagement and leadership in veterinary science. Research leadership at CSIRO involved groundbreaking work in livestock reproduction, and earlier roles at Cornell University and Texas A&M University included significant contributions to theriogenology and veterinary education. Jonathan holds a PhD in Reproductive Physiology from Texas A&M University, among other qualifications.
