Nick Hyde

Nick Hyde has over a decade of experience in higher education and public service, currently serving as Executive General Manager of SCU Ventures at Southern Cross University since November 2011. In addition to this leadership role, Nick has held various significant positions at the university, including Director and Head of the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Council Secretary and Head of Governance Services, and Policy Writer and Analyst. Prior to this, Nick gained valuable experience as a Policy Officer at the Department of Defence from January 2007 to November 2011. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Sydney, earned between 2004 and 2008.
