Mark Stacy has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager at TranSouth Logistics, LLC since May 2012, and as VP of Finance and Treasurer at Southern Diversified Distributors, Inc. since May 2010. Prior roles include Controller at TranSouth Logistics and various accounting positions at Southern Diversified Distributors, encompassing Corporate Treasurer, Director of Accounting, and Accounting Manager. Mark Stacy began the career as a Senior Accountant at Blue & Co., LLC from January 2006 to April 2010, specializing in auditing for the construction, manufacturing/distribution, and not-for-profit sectors. Mark Stacy holds a Master of Studies in Law focusing on Business Law and Compliance from Wake Forest University School of Law and a degree in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University.
