The Human Resources and Administration Team at the Southern Environmental Law Center is responsible for managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development to support the mission of environmental advocacy. This team ensures that the staff is well-supported, coordinated, and equipped to excel in their roles, while also overseeing the administrative functions necessary for the smooth operation of the organization across its multiple offices. Their efforts facilitate a positive workplace culture, efficient processes, and compliance with employment laws, enabling the SELC to effectively champion environmental causes in the South.
