John Wray

John Wray has been with Southern Finishing Company since 1999, starting as a Finishing Manager and currently serving as both a Lean Manager and Manufacturing Manager. With a LEAN certification earned in December 2014, John works towards process improvement, waste elimination, and cost savings within the company. Managing over 100 employees across multiple shifts, John is dedicated to production scheduling, process improvement, and employee training.
