Previously, Celesta held the role of Director of Committee Culture & Strategy, fostering relationships and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. As Principal and Owner of Miracle Strategies, LLC, Celesta enhanced marketing efforts and collaborated with leaders to provide data-driven recommendations. A notable career at PDC Energy, Inc. included various vice president roles overseeing stakeholder relations, government relations, strategic planning, and investor relations. Early career experiences include roles at Edward Jones Investments and Dominion Resources, encompassing positions focused on investment advising, pricing strategy, and labor relations. Celesta holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Accounting from West Virginia University.
