Cheryl Papsidera has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning as the owner of Hulot's Restaurant from 1984 to 1996. Following this, Papsidera joined Filli Ponte Ristorante as Day Manager/Waitstaff from 1996 to 2003, where responsibilities included staff training and scheduling. From January 2003 to January 2005, Papsidera served as General Manager at Scopa Restaurant, overseeing front-of-house operations and staff hiring. Since February 2005, Papsidera has held multiple positions at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, initially as a Sales Representative and currently as Portfolio Manager for Liberty Wine Selections, effectively managing wine sales and consultations for numerous restaurant accounts in Manhattan. Papsidera holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from Florida State University.
