Jake Steen

Jake Steen has extensive experience in finance and operations across various industries. Currently, as the CA Chain Finance Director at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since September 2012, Jake has held multiple managerial roles within the company, including West Region FP&A Manager and West Region Commercial Finance Manager. Prior to this, Jake served as Board President of the Orange County Triathlon Club and as Operations Manager at Impros. Jake's career also includes leadership positions as Chief Operating Officer at Haneline Products and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Nordskog Performance Products, where substantial improvements to profitability were achieved. Early in the career, Jake worked as Associate Vice President at RSM EquiCo and as an Associate at Deutsche Bank, focusing on valuation services and mortgage-backed securities, respectively. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine, a CFA designation, and a BS in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
