Jim Phillips

Jim Phillips currently serves as Senior Vice President of Contracts and Real Estate Law at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, leading a team responsible for negotiating vendor contracts and managing commercial agreements. Previous roles include Senior Commercial Counsel at PubNub, where Jim dealt with various agreements and established template document libraries. As Legal Counsel at PMG Digital Agency, Jim led major negotiations and oversaw all commercial agreements, contributing to the successful acquisition of three companies. Jim's extensive experience also includes positions at Palter Sims Martinez PLLC and Isaac Wiles, where transactional negotiation and drafting were key responsibilities. Jim holds a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of North Texas.
