Toshia Leonard, EdD, has extensive experience in technical support and education, currently serving as a Senior Analyst of Technical Knowledge at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits since August 2021. In this role, Toshia analyzes data to identify trends, collaborates cross-functionally to improve training materials, and develops learning solutions for software applications. Prior to this, Toshia held notable positions including Senior Support Technician at Southern Glazer's Distributors, User ID Coordinator at Metlife Bank, and Help Desk Analyst at CompuCom Systems, Inc., among others. Toshia's educational background includes an Educational Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University and a Master’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Lesley University, complemented by a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
