Zachariah Mathis

Zachariah Mathis is a Customer Experience Specialist at Southern Home Services since March 2023, focusing on providing detailed answers to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical inquiries while facilitating appointment bookings for homeowners and tenants. Previously, Zachariah served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve from March 2010 to August 2018, advancing from a Civil Engineer, responsible for cost estimates and construction management, to a Project Manager, where Zachariah trained new construction managers, resulting in significant cost savings. Zachariah also worked as a Warehouse Operator at BG Products, Inc., from December 2015 to June 2017, handling packaging, shipping, and machine repairs.
