Karen Benner Painter

Karen Benner Painter is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in helping clients buy and sell properties in Marshall and surrounding counties. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Southern Homes of the Carolinas since July 2020 and as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Listing Leaders since January 2019, Karen has previously held the position of Broker Associate at Re/Max Oak Realty from June 2013 to December 2018. In addition to real estate, Karen owned and operated Karen's Kitchen, producing dinner-to-go meals and publishing a cookbook. Previous experience also includes working as a Project Manager at the University of Notre Dame and as a Mortgage Loan Originator at 1st Source Bank. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Purdue University.
