Katherine Newman

Katherine Newman is an experienced Realtor and Broker, currently serving at Southern Homes of The Carolinas since August 2021 and at Wilkinson ERA Real Estate since October 2014. Additionally, Katherine is the Owner of Katt Models, responsible for overall organizational productivity, client management, and staff training. Previous roles include Regional Sales/Event Specialist at QTEGO Auction Technology and Market Manager at Bacchus Coastal Marketing, where Katherine demonstrated skills in sales management, event coordination, and client engagement. Katherine began a career in real estate as a Realtor at Exit Elite Realty from June 2006 to August 2010. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 2011 and 2013.
