Kathy Porter

Kathy Porter is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Southern Homes of The Carolinas since August 2018, Kathy previously held the position of Broker-in-Charge at Keller Williams Elite Realty from April 2016 to July 2018. After returning to the real estate field, Kathy has focused on buying, selling, investing, designing, space planning, and renovating, with a strong commitment to finding the best deals for clients. Earlier career roles include Office Manager and Director of Corporate Services at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Florida 1st and Prudential Florida 1st Realty, where Kathy also served as Branch Manager. Kathy began the real estate journey as a residential sales agent, achieving recognition among the top 1% of agents in Broward County and pioneering a Corporate Relocation Department during the transition to Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Western Carolina University, completed between 2014 and 2017.
