In 1998, Andrew Cajka founded Southern Hospitality Group with the goal of managing and developing independent and nationally recognized brands of hotels and resorts. In the years since, the team has grown the portfolio to include hotels, office, and mixed-use developments across the Southeast. Today, Southern Hospitality Group is approved to develop and manage independent and franchised hotels with Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton. We have developed and managed hotels in Athens, GA; Spartanburg, SC; Nashville, TN; Greenville, SC; Charleston, SC; Myrtle Beach, SC; Augusta, GA; and Asheville, NC
