Matt Saville

Matt Saville is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as an Account Manager at Southern Hospitality Ltd since August 2018. Previously, Matt held the position of Site Manager at Lion Brewery from October 2015 to August 2018 and worked as Head Chef at The Flying Moa from October 2014 to October 2015. Matt's culinary expertise was further demonstrated in roles as Sous Chef at The Garrison Public House from August 2012 to October 2014 and as Chef at Evolution Brasserie from January 2006 to January 2010. Early in Matt's career, noteworthy experience was gained as Head Chef at Rond Point restaurant in Meribel from November 1998 to June 2006. Matt holds a degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology and Processing from Grantham College, earned between 1995 and 1998.
