Ben Mills has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Ben started their career at Lloyds Bank in 1993 as a Collections Team Leader and Coach/Mentor. In 2002, they joined Southern Housing Group and held various positions such as Repairs Team Leader, Customer Accounts Manager, Income Manager, and eventually became the Head of Customer Accounts. Ben was responsible for the collection of the group's mixed tenure rent and service charges, former tenant arrears, and sundry debt. Ben also chaired the G15 Former tenant arrears group. In 2022, they joined Southern Housing as the Head of Customer Accounts.
Ben Mills attended Philip Morant School from 1981 to 1986.
